The 150 students in grades seven and eight at Marcy Open experience education in blended classrooms. In a blended classroom, seventh and eighth graders take classes together. Teachers use a two-year cycle for curriculum. All students take: math, language arts, French, social studies, and science. Students also participate in a specialist class every day rotating each quarter between art , music, media, and physical education.
